Meditation & Pranayama Teacher Training
Five day intensive course - 14 - 19 October 2024

Too often pranayama, breathwork and meditation are offered as optional extras in contemporary yoga classes, however these are four of the eight limbs of yoga outlined in Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, and vital for an authentic, healing and comprehensive yoga practice.

This teaching module is exquisitely  structured and detailed and is aimed at yoga teachers, therapists, body workers, healthcare professionals, counsellors, and coaches who would like to bring the benefits of breath work, mindfulness and meditation to their students and clients. As well as explaining and exploring the science behind the practices, we will coach the effective teaching techniques required to hold healing space, so as to share the benefits of breath work and meditation artfully, sensitively and professionally.

Learning how to self regulate through breath and mindfulness is soothing, calming, and healing. It cultivates health on physical, mental and spiritual levels. The powerful transformative cocktail of pranayama and meditation bring balance and freedom to the mind and our lives. Our step by step approach will cultivate knowledge and confidence to share techniques with groups or individuals in a general capacity or as part of a personal therapeutic programme of work.
